Southeast of Montauban in France, Muriel Zoldan became a winemaker in 2017 after training in oenology and Chinese medicine. The 7.5 ha vineyard is located in clay-limestone territory and stands in one piece for the different red and white grape varieties: Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Tannat and Abouriou (!)⁣ All the vines, from 15 to 50 years old, are managed according to the principles of biodynamics: natural vinification, no inputs, with total respect for the environment. Lively, gourmet and fruity wines, from a passionate artist, with a crazy adorable energy.
