Settled in Touraine (Cheillé) near the famous Azay Le Rideau appellation. Jennifer started the Domaine in 2018 with Thibaut joining 2020. Together they manage 9 hectares biodynamically, just like their work in the cellar, which does not involve much intervention. Very sensitive to maintaining biodiversity, Thibaut decided to plant a few fruit trees, and when you ask him why he did this in the middle of their vines, Thibaut simply replies “Pear-trees are pretty, aren’t they?” Perfectly reflecting their work.
