Meet Miha Kelhar from Keltis Organic Wines, a 240-year-old family winemaking tradition on the fertile hills of Bizeljsko, Slovenia lay the foundations that allow Keltis to stand proudly behind their natural wines, which are produced according to the principles of biodynamics. This method of cultivation is based on many years of experience, successes and mistakes from their ancestors, who farmed in a nature-friendly way. Because they strive for original, authentic wines they produce them with minimal interventions and without filtration. The wines are produced with love and respect for the nature and the work is done at the time of the full moon, when the wine is at its peak and can fully express its potential. Since they only follow its development and do not monitor it artificially, the wine only arrives on the market when ready and
every vintage shows different character in
its own moment.
