Introducing Victoria and Nahuel from Pequeños y Salvajes after several years working in a 3*Michelin restaurant, they decided to completely change their lives to dedicate themselves to the vineyard and their project Pequeños y Salvajes.
In 2019 they started in El Barraco, a small town 1010m above sea level with a small batch of 500 bottles of three different sparkling wines. Today they work with 8 hectares spread across the Sierra de Gredos in El Barraco, Santa Cruz, San Juan and Cebreros. + 100 years old vines, mostly granite sand soils, 100% spontaneous vegetation and zero chemicals! The most important variety is Garnacha for reds and Albillo Real for whites, both native and they also work with other varieties such as Chasselas Doré, Jaen, Chelva, Aragonés, Muscat and Tempranillo.
