Tommy Véron a young and passionate winemaker who has made his mark in the town of Rablay-sur-Layon, at the heart of Anjou, Loire. After taking over the plots of old vines from François Maudet, Tommy began his winemaking journey in 2021, continuing the tradition of natural winegrowers in the region. His vineyards are organically cultivated, free from synthetic products, weedkillers, and insecticides, reflecting his deep commitment to producing healthy, ripe grapes.
On Tommy's plots, you'll find a variety of grapes, including Grolleau, Gamay, Pineau d'Aunis, Chenin, and Cabernet Franc. Tommy brings a wealth of knowledge and mastery to his craft. In the cellar, he takes a minimalist approach, allowing the grapes to ferment naturally with native yeasts and carefully guiding them through the vinification process. The result is a collection of super fruit-forward wines with low alcohol. These wines, much like Tommy himself, are full of character and joy, making them a must to discover.
